Cake Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
  • Spray a bundt pan with non-stick baking spray.
  • In a medium-sized bowl sift the flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt together.
  • In a stand mixer bowl, add the butter and sugar and beat until creamy for 1-2 minutes.
  • Add in the eggs, vanilla, lemon juice, zest, and sour cream to the butter mixture and mix until combined.
  • Add in the flour and mix until fully incorporated.
  • Pour the batter evenly into your bundt pan.
  • Bake for 45-50 minutes or until golden brown.
  • Remove from the oven and let cool.

To make the lemon glaze:

  • In a small bowl add the powdered sugar, lemon juice, and liquor.
  • Mix until combined.

Finishing the cake

  • Remove the bundt cake from the pan and place on a baking pan.
  • Pour the glaze evenly onto the bundt cake.
