¾ cup unsalted butter softened ¾ cup light brown sugar packed ¼ cup sugar 1 large egg 2 cup flour 2 tsp cornstarch 1 tsp baking soda ½ tsp kosher salt 1 cup chocolate chunks 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips 1 ½ cup Pumpkin Spice M&M’s
Preheat oven to 350 degrees and line two cookie sheets with parchment paper
Using a large bowl, whisk together the flour, cornstarch, baking soda, and salt
Using a large bowl, beat together the butter, brown sugar, and sugar until light and fluffy
Beat in the egg until combined
Gradually beat in the flour ingredients until combined and a soft dough forms
Fold in the chocolate chunks, chocolate chips, and pumpkin spice M&Ms
Using a medium ice cream scooper, scoop cookie dough onto the cookie sheets
Bake in the oven for 12 - 15 minutes or until lightly golden brown
Remove from the oven and allow to cool for a few minutes before enjoying!
