Heavenly Peanut Brownie Dough Cheesecake
Peanut Brownie dough is one thing, but then to add it to cheesecake? It is almost should be illegal. The combination is just out of this world. Most people I know enjoy eating the cookie dough. Now you can without feeling like you are doing something you shouldn’t be.

What Do I Need to Make these Brownie Dough Cheesecakes?
To make these heavenly brownie dough cheesecakes you will need the following ingredients.
For the Brownie Layer, you will need these wet ingredients. Unsalted butter, a large egg, and pure vanilla extract. The dry ingredients consist of chocolate chips, sugar, flour, and kosher salt.
To make the Peanut Butter Cheesecake Filling layer you will need two bricks of cream cheese, softened, and two large eggs. Also peanut butter, sugar, and pure vanilla extract.
The topping is 2 packages of Ben and Jerry’s Half Baked Cookie Dough bites.
You can find these on Walmart.com but they are in-store purchase/order for pickup only. You can also find them on Target. If you are looking for bulk purchases of these tasty bites they are on Amazon. (you could also split up the 8 packages with friends price wise.) I think your best bet is to purchase them at your local Walmart or Target or check your local supermarket.
How Do I Make these Delicious cheesecakes?

First you will want to preheat your oven to 350 degrees and line a cupcake pan with cupcake liners.
For the brownie layer, you will want to use a medium microwave-safe bowl, melt the butter and chocolate on 30-second increments until melted.
Mix until combined and set aside to cool slightly. In another bowl, combine the sugar, egg, and vanilla. Mix the sugar mixture into the chocolate mixture. Now you will mix in the flour and salt until combined. Divide this mixture evenly into the cupcake liners.
Peanut Butter Cheesecake directions are as follows.
Using a large bowl, beat the cream cheese and sugar until combined and smooth. (remember to use softened cream cheese otherwise you will have a lumpy mix). Beat in the eggs one at a time until combined. Now beat in the peanut butter and vanilla until combined and smooth.
Divide the cheesecake batter evenly into the cupcake liners. Put in the oven and back for 20-25 minutes or until the edges are slightly golden. Remove from your oven and allow them to cool completely. Place in the fridge overnight. Before serving top with the Ben and Jerry’s half baked cookie dough bites. Yum!!
