If you are following my recipes, you would have come across several no-bake pies by now. I wouldn’t lie; all these recipes are very close to my heart. But the one I am going to tell you today is probably the best one there is. It is unique. That’s because I have added a savory item to it as well. It is rich, decadent, and very delicious.

Main components of this Texas Two-Step Pie
Well, as the name says, you might think there are two main steps to this pie. It might have been true for other recipes, but I like to add several layers to my desserts. This way, they are super tasteful and memorable as well. Here is everything you need to know about all the layers of this dessert pie:
- Graham cracker layer: This layer sets the base for this pie because it is a no-bake pie; the best ingredient for the crust is the graham cracker. You can use premade crust or make one by processing graham crackers in melted butter and placing it on the bottom of the tray so that you get a nice crust.
- Peanut Butter Filling: The main filling of this pie is the rich and creamy filling made from peanut butter, cream cheese, and powdered sugar. Blend them using a hand blender and slowly fold in whipped cream and vanilla. This filling is amazing, and you will fall in love with it instantly.
- Chocolate Ganache: Chocolate Ganache makes everything better. It is super easy to make and is shiny, glossy, and chocolaty. Mix chocolate chips and heavy cream overheat, and that’s it.
- Peanut Butter Fudge Topping: This is just like the chocolate ganache. The difference is that it is made from peanut butter instead of heavy cream. Mix peanut butter and chocolate chips by heating them in the microwave. Mix well, and it is ready.
- Peanut Butter Cup Topping: This layer is quite stiff and less creamy. That’s because we are going to top the pie with it. It includes peanut butter, butter, sugar, chocolate chips, vanilla, and graham crackers. Mix well and set aside.

Assembly for the Texas Two-Step Pie
Once you have all elements ready, now it’s time for assembling the pie. It is a straightforward process. You have to follow these steps:
- Start by spreading the peanut butter filling on the graham cracker pie crust. About half a cup will do.
- Next, add a layer of sliced bananas.
- Spread the peanut butter filling layer again over the bananas.
- Now add half a cup of peanut butter cup topping into the remaining peanut butter filling and mix. Now spread this layer evenly on the peanut butter filling.
- Add the remaining peanut butter topping to the filling.
- Drizzle chocolate ganache and peanut butter fudge over the pie.
- Finally, garnish with cooked crumbled bacon on top.
- Place it in the refrigerator and enjoy!
