Are These Hard to Make?

No actually they are not hard to make at all. First make sure to preheat your oven to 350 degrees (F) and line a 9×9 baking pan with parchment paper. Using a large bowl and hand mixer, beat together all of the brownie ingredients. Pour your batter into the baking dish.

Next, you will top the brownie batter with a layer of whole Oreos. Now you can set this aside for the time being.

Using another large mixing bowl, beat together the cream cheese, pumpkin puree, sugar vanilla, pumpkin spice, and salt until smooth and combined. Beat in the eggs, 1 at a time until smooth and combined.

Pour this mixture over top of the brownie batter and layer of Oreos.

Beat in the eggs, 1 at a time until combined and smooth. Chop up about 5-8 Oreo cookies and sprinkle on top of the cheesecak3 batter. Now sprinkle the 1/2 cups of mini chocolate chips on top. Bake in the oven for about 75 minutes or until the center is set and the sides start to peel away from the parchment paper. Allow cooling to room temperature before placing into the fridge to cool overnight.

Cut into bars and enjoy!
